✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Chew toys that have been used

Personalized or custom items

Clearance or final sale products
🔄 How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@ggspetstore.com with:

A brief reason for the return

Photos (if item arrived damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📦 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund.
🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund ASAP — no extra cost to you.
